Sign in to Etsy, open You › Purchases and reviews, find your OpsShelf order, and click Download Files. You’ll get two files: the Excel workbook (opsshelf-v1.xlsx) and a PDF with the Google Sheets copy link.
Pick your flavor. Open the xlsx in Excel for offline work, or open the PDF and click the link to copy the Google Sheets version into your own Drive. The rest of this page is your setup home base — guides, the eBay importer, and support.
A walk-through of every tab, every input cell, and the fastest path from empty template to first sale logged.
Open Setup Guide →Import your Active Listings and Orders straight from eBay Seller Hub. Listings, sales, shipping, and fees auto-populate.
CSV Import Guide →A guided tour of the Items, Sales, Sourcing, and Dashboard tabs, plus the CSV importer in action.
Watch on YouTube →In your copy of OpsShelf, open the OpsShelf menu at the top of the sheet. You’ll see Import eBay Listings and Import eBay Orders. Run each once to backfill your history. After that, re-run Import eBay Orders whenever new sales come in (weekly is a good rhythm), and re-run Import eBay Listings whenever you post new listings on eBay. Every sale lands in your Sales tab matched to the right listing, with fees already calculated. The only sales you ever type by hand are the non-eBay ones (Poshmark, Mercari, local pickup, etc.).
